Tooling – Specializing in Progressive and Compound Tools.

Equipment – Freeway press equipment has been selected to provide a choice of economical tools to best produce a variety of precision stampings. They range from extremely fast horizontal presses to high-speed vertical presses with complete die protection systems.
    · Tonnage Capability – 20 to 400 Tons

    · Material Thickness - .005” (.127 mm) to .375”
      (9.525 mm)
Value added Services: One Step Stamping and Assembly – This process allows parts (such as pins or studs or other stampings) to be assembled into a stamped component during the press operation. Sensors verify that the components are in place and have been positioned to the proper height. A secondary step is eliminated and you receive a cost-effective, high quality assembly.
